Hi Heidi, I’m so glad you reminded me to follow up regarding Sunday.  It was fabulous.  The staff was incredible and they did a fantastic job.  I was very happy and pleased with how everything turned out.  It’s very hard to find places and people who go “above and beyond” and I truly feel that they did.  My guests loved the food (bread pudding and crepes were a hit!) and I heard no complaints.  They even asked my mom, Regina and me if we wanted coffee when we arrived early to set up (very thoughtful).  I have been telling everyone how great everything was.  Thank you so much for everything.  I will definitely keep you in mind for future events. the entire experience from the beginning was very positive and went off without a hitch. Thanks to you and Andrew for working with us on the menu and set up and a big thanks to Yuri and the rest of the staff who were fantastic.
They were available whenever we needed them and attended to each guest in the most gracious way.I have always had a great experience working with Marlowe and this was no different. Thank you and I look forward to working again in the future.

Thank you for your email.I want to let you know that last night was incredibly successful! Everything went so smoothly. Thank you so much for your patience and guidance throughout the process. The food was delicious and the menu was out of this world.  Our guests could not stop talking about all the choices that were served. They couldn’t get enough of it!  Your suggestions were perfect! The wait staff were fabulous. They were fun and interacted with the guest so beautifully. Yuri was amazing to deal with and he made the whole evening so relaxed for us! The Marlowe truly exceeded our expectations! My husband saw Andrew today and conveyed our thanks but we thank him again for his help and the “little extras”! The DJ was wonderful too! The party was a huge success for us. The food was amazing, the servers and DJ were great. We had my daughter's bridal shower brunch at Marlowe this past weekend. My expectations were surpassed, beginning at the planning and booking stage with Andrew, to the email exchange with Julia the week before, to the grand finale on the day of with Yuri and all the amazing staff (serving staff, chefs, coat check girl). I was a little nervous going in since I have never actually attended the Marlowe, other than the visit off hours to reserve and reviews online. Everyone was so gracious and professional. I was consulted on every detail and no question was too much. The food was amazing. They even set up and accommodated our traditional homemade desserts. I now know where to hold any future events. No need to look any further. Thank you everyone!

Good morning Heidi: 

Just wanted to thank you so much for all your efforts to make our event such a great success. Everybody loved it, thought the venue was beautiful - so glad we could leave those curtains open after all! Had many comments about how pretty it was.

The food was fabulous and we had many compliments about it.  The rocking horse cake was adorable and Cameron and Jessica really loved the extra cupcakes, although their guy friends just wished they were the size of footballs!! LOL

The Staff were very attentive and certainly earned the gratuity on the bill!  Everything was PERFECT!  We tried to clean up with the wrappings in a garbage bag, etc and hope we didn't leave you with too much of a mess.  That darn confetti gets EVERYWHERE!!

 We had a great time at our daughter’s baptism.  My guests have continued to compliment me on my choice of venue.  Being European, these events are generally held in a hall or if smaller groups - someone's house.  As I wanted to alleviate any unnecessary stress in preparing, i opted for the Marlowe.  I have always had fantastic service here in the past and had no doubt that would continue to our special day.  All the details were well taken care of ahead of time.  I also appreciate the team readjusting our location to a more 'private' area away from the patio doors.  As we had young children, that worked out well in not having to worry about them running outside. 
Sebastian was a wonderful host.  He (along with the rest of the team) was very attentive and responsive to our requirements.   I also appreciated that he took the time with my husband and I at the end of our event to go over the final bill and ensure everything was accurate in accordance with our contract.    It was- and we were extremely satisfied with the overall day.

The whole experience was wonderful. Planning with you was easy and you were very knowledgeable about the questions I had. The service was AMAZING! The wait staff accommodated whatever request I had, they were fast and courteous. Not one single person tried to brush off my requests. Even the mimosa lady helped to bring the high chair to the correct table. And my mom was very happy that everyone got fed fast. :) As for the food, I heard many rave reviews for the steak; it was a hit. The decor is very nice and sophisticated.
 
All in all, my guests were happy and they had great things to say. I will definitely be referring people to you and if I have any future larger functions, I will be back!

I wanted to thank you. Our event went off last night without a hitch. EVERYONE commented on what a great venue Marlowe is and how nice it was that you were able to accommodate our rescheduling due to the weather. Your staff, in particular Uri and Peter, was extremely helpful and accommodating. They really made the event easier and more enjoyable, especially for me.

I've been meaning to write you to thank you and your staff for helping to ensure we had a wonderful time on Saturday October 16, for my son's baptismal celebration. The food was terrific (nothing but compliments from the guests, particularly the prime rib), the room setup was as requested, and the patience your waitstaff showed with the guests, especially the children, was admirable. Brian patiently and clearly explained the bar bill at the conclusion of the evening when I asked for a bit of clarification. All in all Kim we and our guests had a wonderful time. We won't hesitate to recommend the Marlowe for dinner or functions to our family and friends in the future. In fact I know my in-laws have been back for dinner and one of Julia's uncles is organizing a 65th birthday party there coming up soon.
